What does Fairline Defense cover?

Fairline Defense covers attorney fees for good faith self-defense claims — up to $100,000 per incident for criminal defense and up to $50,000 per incident for civil defense, at reasonable and customary rates.

Is Fairline Defense an insurance company?

No. Fairline Defense is a subscription service, not an insurance company. Membership is not an insurance policy. We cover attorney fees as described in our Terms of Service only.

How do I file a claim?

Retain your own attorney — any attorney licensed where the incident happened. We do not pick one for you.

Can I choose my own attorney?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You may retain any licensed attorney of your choice in your jurisdiction. Fairline Defense does not select, supervise, or control your attorney.

Question 5

How do I cancel my membership?

Accepted Answer

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting our customer service team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.

Can I add a family member to my plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can add a spouse or family member to your plan for only $5 per month. Contact support or manage this through your account.
