Fairline Defense is a subscription service, not an insurance company, and does not sell insurance. Membership provides coverage of attorney fees, at reasonable and customary rates and up to stated per-incident limits, only for the portion of fees attributable to a good faith self-defense claim asserted by a licensed attorney of the member's choice. Fairline Defense is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Nothing on this site creates or changes a benefit. The Membership Agreement controls.
